About Allison

Allison is built for traceable, anti-hallucination regulatory research. She answers SEC and RIA questions only from the rule text in her research corpus, and she shows you exactly where every statement came from. When she cannot find the authority, she says so instead of guessing.

Quote or refuse

Every statement Allison makes is tied to a verbatim quote from a specific provision. Before an answer is shown, Allison checks in code that each quote appears word for word in the source it cites. A statement whose support cannot be confirmed is marked as such, and a question with no supporting authority is refused rather than answered from general knowledge.

An evidence record for every answer

Each answer is saved with its evidence: the question, the exact quoted passages and their citations, how each statement was classified, the date of the corpus it was drawn from, and an evidence ID. You can open any saved answer again and download its full record, so a reviewer can check the work rather than take it on trust.

Zero data retention with AI providers

Allison uses AI models to read the retrieved rule text and draft the answer. That work goes through OpenRouter, and only to model providers that keep nothing: every request requires a zero-data-retention provider, and Allison refuses to send a request that no such provider can serve. Allison’s OpenRouter access is itself locked to zero-data-retention providers, with prompt logging off. The software enforces this on every request; it does not rest on a single setting.

Your questions do not train AI

Requests are restricted to providers that do not use prompts for training, and Allison does not train models on your questions or answers.

What Allison keeps

Zero data retention applies to the AI providers. Allison itself keeps the evidence record described above for your firm, because that record is the audit trail. How long it is kept follows your firm’s agreement and recordkeeping requirements; see the privacy notice.

What Allison is not

Allison finds and quotes the rule. She does not decide whether a rule applies to your facts, and a corpus date is an indexing date, not a guarantee that a provision has not since been amended. You make those calls.
